Understanding its root causes prevents it from recurring and allows the lessons learned to be applied to other operations that might face the same difficulties.   <\/p>\n\n<p>For Ravanelli, who has worked in quality management for over twenty years, people&#8217;s engagement is essential for the system to function effectively: <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u201c<em>The Quality System is created by all employees, by everyone who works in a company.<\/em>\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>It is precisely this awareness that has guided Taiocchi along the path toward ISO 9001 Certification, a journey that required time and commitment from the entire organization.
