Coating

The coating cycle takes place in a continuous process. The components to be painted are hung on the conveyor chain to undergo the treatments of degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, and passivation with water jets at 50°C. Subsequently, they are dried with hot air jets at 130°C in the drying oven. The application of powder paint is carried out with the new SuperCube + Color Center booth.

The process continues in the baking ovens, and after rechecking the threads, the pieces, following an in-line quality control, are removed from the conveyor chain, assembled, and packaged.
