The assembly department at Officine Taiocchi completes the third-party metal fabrication production cycle. Our operators assemble and package each order according to procedures defined with the client, ensuring complete, inspected products ready for the assembly line.

Assembly and pre-assembly: we carry out mechanical assembly of components manufactured in-house, supplied by the client, or purchased from external vendors. This service allows our clients to receive a finished or semi-finished product, simplifying their logistics and reducing production time at their own facilities.
Custom packaging: each order is packed according to the client’s specifications, with careful attention to component protection and the completeness of every package.
JIT Box
We offer a shipping service using JIT Boxes designed to keep items protected, sealed, and securely fixed during transport. This system not only reduces the risk of damage, but also simplifies the subsequent assembly stages at the customer’s site, as the JIT Boxes can be taken directly into production and their contents used to assemble the machine in a more orderly and efficient way.
