Officine Taiocchi’s bending department carries out third-party processing using state-of-the-art synchronized CNC press brakes.

The many years of experience of our operators, combined with the quality of our tooling and the constant maintenance of our machines, allow us to carry out complex bending operations with tight tolerances on all types of sheet metal. We process small, medium, and large parts for single batches and production runs.

TruBend Cell 5000 automated cell: introduced in 2013, this robotic bending cell combines flexibility and automation. Thanks to automatic tool change and offline programming, it can handle a very wide range of parts while maintaining high quality and reduced cycle times. The cell is ideal for medium and large batches and can also operate during unattended shifts.

CNC press brakes: our machines are operated by numerical controls that ensure repeatability and precision. Each bend is checked using integrated control systems.

The bending department works in close synergy with the laser cutting and welding departments, ensuring a continuous production flow within the same facility. This allows us to offer competitive lead times for third-party sheet metal bending services.
