With the start of 2026, Taiocchi is strengthening its growth path. Design, organization, communication, and openness to new sectors are joining the company’s long-standing technical and manufacturing heritage.
Alessandro Taiocchi, an engineer and architect who graduated from the Politecnico di Milano – Lecco Campus, has joined the company’s design department. He now works alongside Davide Taiocchi, also an engineer, who for more than four years has been focusing on the analysis of production procedures, management control, and the application of artificial intelligence in production and documentation processes.
Together, they represent the new Taiocchi generation on the technical and organizational front. Their work takes place alongside the established team of Dario Taiocchi, Elio Taiocchi, and Paolo Borace, who have been leading the company for over thirty years.
The latest addition is Daniela Taiocchi, who brings to Taiocchi thirty years of experience gained, after earning a degree in philosophy, at a local daily newspaper, where she held roles in journalism, organization, culture, and creativity.
The key words of this new phase are cross-fertilization between different worlds, a renewed desire for innovation — in machinery, which has always been central to the company, but also in organization — a commitment to a fresh and contemporary corporate image and communication style, and, above all, openness to growing sectors.
The “Taiocchi style”, made up of outstanding technical expertise, quality, and customer focus, is the foundation on which a renewed drive for growth and continuous improvement is being built.
